How do I restrict shipping to certain countries?

Excellent question! You can set up the Shipping Form page in your account, so that it only provides the countries that you specify in the list of choices. On your Store Manager, click “Foreign Orders” within the Order Settings section. This will take you to the “Foreign Orders” page which looks like this:

Can I make the name input field in my shopping cart two fields instead of one?

How can I help my international customers place an order, with out a zip code?

It’s true that some countries don’t have postal or zip codes. For those customers, they need to put NA in the zip code box. Simple enough, but the task is telling your customers that.

I’ve seen other Yahoo Stores have an “Email me a copy of my order” option in the checkout. How can I turn that on?
